I work with women and teens across North Carolina who are navigating grief, identity, trauma, and life transitions. Therapy here is steady and collaborative. We move at your pace, with space to reflect, regulate, and reconnect.

I bring a trauma-informed, attachment-focused lens to our work. Your story matters. Together, we’ll build toward resilience, self-compassion, and growth.

Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

Areas of Support

Grief and Loss

This includes types of loss that often go unnamed. Whether it's the death of a loved one, the quiet pain of a friendship ending, a change in a role, or the fading of a dream, these experiences deserve care and attention.

Perinatal Substance Use and Recovery

I provide nonjudgmental support for women experiencing substance use during pregnancy and postpartum. Our approach emphasizes dignity, healing, and compassion.

Adoption Journeys and Identity

I offer support for women who are placing, parenting, or reconnecting through adoption, as well as for adoptees who are exploring their sense of belonging, identity, and family.

Everyday Challenges

I address stress, anxiety, relationship changes, academic pressures, and self-esteem issues. Therapy can be a safe space to sort through what feels heavy and find stability.

My Approach

  • Starting therapy can feel like a lot.

This is where we slow down. We begin with connection. There is no pressure to dive in fast. Whether you’re navigating grief, trauma, or just feeling off, we’ll move at a pace that feels manageable. I draw from person-centered therapy, polyvagal theory, and EMDR to support growth that’s collaborative and grounded in relationship.

  • Our stories do not live in isolation.

They are shaped by family, culture, nervous systems, and the roles we have had to play. In this space, we make room for what has been carried, grief that has gone unspoken, patterns that no longer fit, and the parts of you that have been waiting to be heard. Attachment work helps us explore how connection has felt and how it could feel different.

  • Resilience isn’t about pushing through.

It’s about learning to listen to your body, set boundaries, and come home to yourself. Together, we will work to build regulation, increase self-trust, and create space for the parts of you that have been in survival mode. EMDR and polyvagal-informed care support this process in a way that is steady and embodied.

Learn More About Me

Therapy should meet you where you are both financially and emotionally. My full fee is $100 per 50‑minute session, offered virtually for clients anywhere in North Carolina.

I reserve a limited number of reduced‑fee spots for clients who need a lower rate. For those who prefer a structured low‑fee option, I also partner with Open Path, which offers ongoing reduced‑rate sessions through their network.

Superbills are available for out‑of‑network reimbursement, and I’m in the process of joining insurance panels. Updates will be shared here as they’re confirmed.

If cost feels like a barrier, we can talk openly about what feels manageable. My goal is to make therapy accessible while honoring the sustainability of the work we do together.

Fees & Accessibility

Beginning therapy doesn’t have to feel overwheming. Our first step is a 15-minute consult. This is a chance to meet, ask questions, and get a sense of whether this feels like a supportive fit. There’s no pressure to share more than you want to.

If we decide to work together, sessions move at a pace that feels manageable for you. We’ll explore what you’re carrying, what you’re hoping for, and what steadiness might look like in your life. You don’t have to have the right words or a clear plan. We’ll figure it out together.
