Every person’s needs are different. Below you’ll find the therapy options I offer, so you can choose what feels right for you.

  • I offer virtual individual therapy for women and teens across North Carolina. Sessions are collaborative and paced to your needs. Whether you’re navigating trauma, identity shifts, or the slow work of unlearning old patterns, we move at a rhythm that feels safe and sustainable

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy helps your system process experiences that still feel charged or unfinished. We move slowly and intentionally, checking in often so the work feels manageable. EMDR can be part of ongoing therapy or a focused, stand-alone approach.

  • I work with families who want support navigating communication, transitions, and relational patterns that feel hard to shift. My approach is grounded, strengths-based, and focused on helping each person feel seen and understood.

EMDR Intensives

A wicker basket filled with wildflowers sits on a stone ledge with a mountain and forested landscape in the background.

This is a longer, focused session meant for deeper trauma work.

EMDR intensives give you a dedicated space to work through a specific memory, pattern, or theme without the interruptions of weekly therapy. Rather than spreading the process over several sessions, we spend 3 hours together for deeper work at a pace that feels safe and steady. This approach can help if you feel stuck, caught in a loop, or sense that you’re ready for change.

What’s Included

Each EMDR intensive includes:

  • A 50-minute consultation before the intensive helps prepare you, focusing on safety and stability before we begin the deeper work.

  • A single extended EMDR session that lasts 3 hours

  • A 50-minute follow-up session to help you integrate the work

  • Preparation time and materials to support your integration

Who This Is For

This approach may be right for you if you:

  • • feel stable and resourced

  • • want short‑term, targeted work

  • • have a specific memory or theme you want to work through

  • • prefer a deeper and more immersive way to work

  • • are going through a time of change or heaviness

If you’re not sure if an intensive is right for you, we can talk it through together.
