Here’s a clear look at the services I offer, so you can get a sense of what working together might look like.
Every person’s needs are different. Below you’ll find the therapy options I offer, so you can choose what feels right for you.
-
I offer virtual individual therapy for women and teens across North Carolina. Sessions are collaborative and paced to your needs. Whether you’re navigating trauma, identity shifts, or the slow work of unlearning old patterns, we move at a rhythm that feels safe and sustainable
-
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy helps your system process experiences that still feel charged or unfinished. We move slowly and intentionally, checking in often so the work feels manageable. EMDR can be part of ongoing therapy or a focused, stand-alone approach.
-
I work with families who want support navigating communication, transitions, and relational patterns that feel hard to shift. My approach is grounded, strengths-based, and focused on helping each person feel seen and understood.
EMDR Intensives - $300
EMDR intensives offer a focused, extended format for trauma work. Instead of spreading processing across weekly sessions, intensives give us uninterrupted time (2-3 hours) to work through specific memory or theme at a steady, supported pace.
Each intensive includes:
A brief pre-intensive consultation
One extended EMDR session (2-3 hours)
One 50-minute follow-up session for integration
This format is a good fit for clients who feel stable and resourced, and who want short-term, targeted work around a specific memory or theme.
Availability
Intensives are offered on weekends only, which allows for deeper work without the pressure of a workday or tight scheduling.
If you’d like to explore whether an intensive is right for you, you’re welcome to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
