Wintering Together: A Reflective Community Workshop

December 8 | 7:00-8:30 PM | Virtual
$45 per person

What are you carrying this season?

Some things are easy to name. Others are harder to see.

The emotional labor. The caregiving. The planning. The remembering. The responsibility of being the one others depend on.

Women are often praised for carrying a lot. Over time, carrying that responsibility can begin to feel normal.

As the year comes to a close, Wintering Together offers an opportunity to slow down, reflect on what this season has held, and make space for your own needs for a change.

Through guided reflection, meaningful conversation, and community, we'll explore rest, resilience, and what it means to care for ourselves with the same compassion we so freely offer others.

Wintering Together is not group therapy, counseling, or a mental health treatment service. This gathering is designed for reflection, conversation, and community rather than therapy.

If you've been looking for permission to slow down, reflect, and spend an evening in thoughtful conversation with other women, we'd love to have you join us.

Coming January 2027 | Virtual | Co-Facilitator: Julia Petterson (www.jackscreektherapy.com)

After facilitating a 12-week infertility support group, one thing became clear: support is needed, and everyone's journey unfolds on a different timeline.

Some women are beginning fertility treatment. Some are waiting for answers. Some are navigating loss. Others are simply looking for a place where they don't have to explain why this is hard.

Between the Seasons is returning as a therapist-led, bi-weekly drop-in support group for women navigating infertility, fertility treatment, pregnancy loss, and the emotional complexities that often accompany the family-building journey.

This group is designed to offer support when you need it. Attend the sessions that feel most helpful, whether you're looking for connection, encouragement, a place to process, or simply a reminder that there are others who understand.

We recognize that there is no single path to building a family. LGBTQIA+ affirming and welcoming of diverse family-building journeys.

Between the Seasons: An Infertility Process Group

Navigating Pregnancy: A Process Group

Coming January 2027 | Virtual | Biweekly

Pregnancy can bring excitement, hope, uncertainty, anxiety, grief, joy, and questions that don't always have easy answers.

Co-facilitated by Ann Marie and Tiffany, this therapist-led process group is designed for expecting mothers and birthing parents seeking a space to explore the emotional experience of pregnancy alongside others navigating a similar season.

Together, we'll create space for honest conversations about changing identities, relationships, preparing for parenthood, pregnancy after loss, body changes, anxiety, and the many emotions that can arise throughout pregnancy.

This biweekly group offers ongoing support while allowing flexibility for participants to attend when they need additional connection, encouragement, or space to process.

LGBTQIA+ affirming and inclusive of diverse experiences of pregnancy and parenthood.

A Place at the Table.

Some experiences are easier to carry when you're surrounded by people who understand them. Wild Azalea's virtual support groups bring women together around shared experiences, creating opportunities for connection, encouragement, and community throughout life's many seasons.
